Hi, I'm Dara. If you long to be happier and healthier than you've ever been before, then you're in the right place!

It's my mission to help women become stronger, more radiant versions of themselves, with more confidence, energy, and light shining from within.

I was sick myself for a long while. I'm not anymore, and I've spent the last decade studying health and figuring out diet and lifestyle tweaks that will help me support you in cultivating the same sort of vitality and resilience that I've created for myself. Together, we'll figure out a plan for you to take your health to the next level and upgrade your nutrition, lifestyle, relationships, stress levels, and more.
